0 'Being a chef for over 20 years both in Australia and Europe, I can definitely vouch that Malfroy’s Gold is some of the finest honey in the world. 0 The honeycomb regularly features on my menus. A favourite is a chunk of Malfroy’s Gold honeycomb just cut from the frame with Roquefort cheese. A match made in heaven.' 0 Mike McEnearney, Kitchen by Mike (Visit Kitchen by Mike) |

Pure Red Stringybark Honey This honey has a rich, bold, toffee-like flavour with earthy, smoky undertones. It is a very dense honey, bright amber in colour and offset by reddish hues. Red Stringybark honey never crystallises and has a very low GI rating. This is a rare variety as the Red Stringybark tree only yields honey every 5-10 years. Our Red Stringybark honey is collected from the Central Tablelands region. |
